At Herbies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Our goal is to make the exchange and refund process as seamless and transparent as possible for every customer.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the Items
Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
